We are looking for candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in a legal role, who are eager to contribute to our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Draft, prepare, and negotiate commercial lease documents, broker’s contracts, and letters of intent for leasing space in commercial properties across the nation. Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure clarity and precision in all legal documents. Qualifications A strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail. Proficient drafting skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Solid oral communication abilities. A willingness and capacity to learn new substantive legal topics as required.
