A., is an established and highly respected personal injury and medical negligence firm with our primary office located in Bartow and additional offices in Lakeland and Tampa.

Qualifications:

• High academics and self-learner.
• Personal Injury experience preferred but not required.
• Trial Experience, 3 years (Civil or Criminal) preferred but not required.
• Florida Bar Member in Good Standing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Develop a rapport with clients and the community.
• Draft pleadings, demands, discovery requests, and discovery responses.
• Highly knowledgeable with Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Manage full caseload from start to finish.
• Trial Advocacy.
• Positive and respectful attitude at all times.

Requirements:

• Legal Research and Writing Skills
• Personal Injury and Trial Experience
• Independent ability to manage all tasks associated with assigned caseload.
• Highly organized and energized.
