Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in court proceedings and before government agencies. Advocate for contractors and business owners in contractual and business-related disputes. Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement agreements. Conduct and defend depositions. Advise clients on business transactions, contract interpretation, and legal risks. Negotiate settlements and resolutions in legal disputes. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards. Conduct client consultations and assist in converting leads into signed clients. Qualifications:
