Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse litigation caseload across Florida from inception through resolution, taking ownership of all stages of the process
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
Participate in depositions and prepare witnesses for trial
Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation
Manage case files and documentation efficiently, ensuring compliance with court deadlines Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD)
Active license to practice law in Florida
Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction litigation, financial services defense, or real property litigation Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and legal principles
Ability to handle multiple cases and manage time effectively Benefits 125k-140k Base (based on experience) + Bonus Vacation/PTO
