We’re seeking a future team member for the role of SAR Reviewer(Vice President, SAR Investigations II) to join the FraudInvestigations Team (FIT) within Financial Crimes LegalInvestigations. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid) orLake Mary, FL (Hybrid). In this role, you’ll make an impact in thefollowing ways: Guide a team of investigators in the review ofincidents involving Fraud and other related financial crimes, asrequired under the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and

USA PATRIOT

Act, witha focus on priorities issued by the U.S. Department of the Treasuryand the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). Review andapprove Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) filed by BNY withFinCEN, as well as decisions not to file SARs. Ensure that FITInvestigators are conducting comprehensive research, creatingwell-organized case files, and drafting timely, well-written SARsand No SARs that follow FinCEN regulations and internal guidance.

Demonstrate strong and consistent attention to detail, along withan ability to work efficiently and handle tight deadlines.

Effectively communicate and collaborate with investigators andfellow Reviewers, as well as other internal teams and seniorcolleagues. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking thefollowing: Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of educationand work experience required. Graduate Degree in Law, Business, orIntelligence Studies preferred. 7-10 years of total work experiencepreferred. Experience working for a financial institution onAML/KYC/anti-fraud related projects, ACAMS (Association ofCertified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists) or ACFE (Associationor Certified Fraud Examiners) credentials, and/or intelligence workin the private or public sector, is preferred.
