This role focuses on third-party liability coverage and bad faith litigation, offering attorneys the chance to work independently on complex matters while benefiting from ongoing mentorship and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal counsel to insurers on third-party coverage and bad faith claims. Draft comprehensive coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and other related correspondence. Represent insurance clients in complex coverage disputes and litigation. Handle all aspects of bad faith litigation from inception through resolution. Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive legal documents and memoranda. Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client advisement.

Ideal Qualifications:

Active license to practice law in Florida. At least 2 years of relevant experience with insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. Third-party construction defect experience preferred Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate intricate legal and factual issues. Exceptional legal writing and oral advocacy skills. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Prior experience in federal court is a plus.

Work Environment & Flexibility:

Remote and hybrid arrangements are available, including the option to work from two Florida offices.
