Commercial Litigation Attorney Dojnia Staffing Florida • Remote Please note although this role is remote, the candidate must reside in the State of Florida. Our client is searching for a fully remote Commercial Litigation Attorney. The firm has experience in navigating sizable commercial foreclosures such as shopping centers, hotel franchises, restaurants and marinas, has earned LGP a reputation for dependable representation across a broad scope of commercial matters.
These include:
Contract disputes and interpretation Receiverships Fraudulent transfer litigation Ponzi scheme-related claims Complex commercial tort defense (including aiding and abetting conversion, fraudulent transfers and breach of fiduciary duty causes of action) Defense and resolution of multiple putative class actions claims throughout the State of Florida, including: Claims based on consumer protection statutes Banking law and regulations Statutory provisions/common law claims as to false. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of civil practice experience, ideally handling civil litigation matters. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, good at legal research, and a good writer. This role can reside anywhere in the state of Florida. Salary plus benefits. Salary range from $105K – 125K.
