• Appear at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions on behalf of retaining counsel. Drafting
• Prepare motions, briefs, discovery requests & responses, and settlement agreements. Research
• Deliver concise legal memoranda, case assessments, and advisory opinions. Co-Counsel
• Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to advance case objectives.

Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active, good‑standing license with Florida State Bar. 3+ years of litigation experience. Ability to manage multiple matters, hit deadlines, and work autonomously with minimal oversight. Comfortable with Microsoft 365, Zoom/Teams/Webex, and major research platforms (Westlaw or Lexis).
