Remote-first team with modern case management tools (no paper piles or fax machines here) Small, tight-knit team that collaborates like a startup Clients you’ll care about—and work that matters Flexible schedule and emphasis on balance Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling firm What You’ll Do Manage and represent clients in immigration court, USCIS interviews, and bond or detention hearings Prepare and file applications, motions, briefs, and supporting evidence Confidently communicate the firm’s value during consultations to convert inquiries into paying clients Communicate with empathy and clarity, managing expectations and guiding clients Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants to deliver excellent service Stay sharp with changing immigration laws and policy updates Participate in strategy meetings and help shape firm processes What We’re Looking For J.D. and license to practice law in the U.S. (Florida preferred or willing to waive in) 3-5 years of immigration experience (family-based required) Spanish fluency (written and spoken) Comfort with remote tools and legal tech (e.g., Docketwise, MyCase, Zoom) Based in Florida and able to commute to Miami for hearings, USCIS interviews, and periodic team/client meetings Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, supportive team Bonus Points Experience with detained clients Business immigration background (H-1B, L-1, PERM) Prior courtroom/litigation experience Compensation & Benefits $90,000-$115,000 , depending on experience Paid time off, parental leave, and firm holidays Professional development support and mentorship Flexible scheduling in a results-oriented environment Collaborative team that values impact over hours Apply Today If you’re ready to grow with a firm that blends purpose and performance, apply now.
