ATTORNEY
with 1+ year of Commercial Litigation Attorney experience to join its team . (This is a 100% REMOTE role but you
MUST LIVE IN FL!
). Some of the sub-areas of Comm Lit that DV’s firm handles – business torts, contract disputes, shareholder disputes, commercial lit, creditor’s rights, comm real estate lit, L&E, and government disputes. We will consider candidates with NO Commercial Litigation experience as long as you have excellent research & writing skills, experience, pedigree and a resume / writing samples to back it up.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
will have some Commercial Litigation experience; as well as STRONG academic credentials, a desire and aptitude for legal research and writing, strong legal research skills using West Law and Lexis, and actually enjoys writing. We’ll look for candidates with high GPA, law review, moot court, CALI / Book Awards in legal research and writing, English majors, and other skills/experience listed on your resume that display a strong interest or aptitude with research and writing.
SALARY:
$95,000 to $120,000 (DOE)
