To receive mentorship from experienced trial lawyers. To get substantial hands-on litigation experience from day one. To argue motions, take depositions, and appear in court. To draft and file substantive motions in federal court. To interact with clients, experts, and witnesses. To take ownership of cases with the support of a strong team. To work hard but mostly remotely To receive competitive pay and benefits. This position is primarily remote. Candidates must reside in South Florida and be available for occasional in-person meetings, hearings, or proceedings. To stay aligned, our legal team meets daily via Zoom to coordinate priorities and workflow. Bonus points if you have clerked to a Federal Magistrate or Federal Judge. Bonus points if you have experience in Federal Court as a prosecutor or public defender.
