Pre Suit Personal Injury Attorney Gracemark Florida • Remote Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pre-Suit Attorney to join its expanding personal injury team. This role is primarily remote but requires in-office onboarding in Orlando. Ideal candidates will have experience handling personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
Responsibilities:
Manage personal injury caseload through pre-litigation Communicate with clients Negotiate settlements Review medical records Prepare demand packages
Requirements:
Active Florida Bar membership Strong negotiation and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a remote setting
