Associate Attorney Bauer & Associates Attorneys at Law DeLand, FL 32724 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Attorney to join our dynamic and growing legal team. The ideal candidate will possess experience the following practice areas: probate law, estate planning, real estate law, and business law . Pay starting at $40.00 per hour will be based on experience. Key Responsibilities Manage and represent clients in legal proceedings, draft legal documents, and advise on legal transactions. Handle probate and estate administration matters from start to finish. Develop estate plans tailored to client needs, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Assist clients with real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and closing documents. Conduct legal research and stay up to date with developments in relevant laws and regulations. Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure high-quality service and efficient case management. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar. Legal experience in one or more of the following areas: probate, estate planning, real estate, or business law.
