Commercial Litigation Associate Distinct Macon, GA 31201 • Hybrid work A respected and growing law firm with offices across Georgia is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Litigation Practice Group in the Macon office. The firm is looking for a driven and experienced litigation attorney prepared to take ownership of matters and contribute meaningfully to a collaborative legal team. Requirements:
Substantial experience in commercial and/or general litigation Proven ability to manage and advance legal matters with limited supervision Experience with all stages of litigation, including depositions Strong skills in drafting dispositive motions, discovery filings, and expert-related documents Capability to develop and execute legal strategies while managing client expectations Readiness to participate in hearings and take lead roles when necessary Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills Ability to juggle multiple matters and meet deadlines consistently Proficiency in legal research and strategic analysis Familiarity with local government law is advantageous Admission to the Georgia Bar in good standing, or eligibility via reciprocity or the Georgia Bar Exam About the
