The ideal candidate will possess a strong background Civil Litigation and be able to appear in court in Kenton County, KY. Must by licensed in KY Duties Represent clients in legal proceedings, including trials and hearings. Conduct thorough legal research using resources such as Westlaw to prepare for cases. Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Develop case strategies and provide sound legal advice to clients. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients when appropriate. Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the law office to ensure comprehensive case management. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to various practice areas. Experience Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction. Strong writing skills with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively. Demonstrated ability to litigate effectively in court settings. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. This is a remote position to assist as local counsel.
