Brodie Law Group is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team and support our clients in seeking the justice they deserve. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing personal injury cases from intake to resolution, ensuring clients receive the care, attention, and advocacy they deserve.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a trial attorney with experience in personal injury. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to client advocacy, exceptional litigation skills, and the ability to manage complex cases from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in personal injury cases, including trials, hearings, mediations, and depositions. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Prepare clients and witnesses for trial. Negotiate settlements and manage all aspects of case development. Provide exceptional client service, maintaining regular communication throughout the case lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in Georgia. Minimum of 3 years of trial experience in personal injury law. Strong understanding of Georgia personal injury litigation. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with professionalism and efficiency.
