Legal Advisor Glovis EV Logistics America Ellabell, GA 31308 Legal Advisor, Contract Reviewer We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Legal Advisor to oversee and facilitate the vendor contract review process. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a broad range of contracts and legal agreements. This role will involve close collaboration with various departments to ensure that all contracts align with the company’s legal and business objectives.

Legal Advisor:

Review and analyze contracts to identify and assess potential risks. Engage in contract negotiations with vendors. Assist in resolving contract disputes and issues. Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with contract terms and business operations. Evaluate compliance with Mega Tax Credit and other regulatory requirements. Ensure adherence to all relevant company policies and legal standards. Provide expert legal advice and consultation on contract-related matters. Prepare summaries, reports, and recommendations based on document findings. Collaborate with General Affairs to manage the vendor approval process and identify prospective vendors and suppliers. Work closely with the finance department to align contract terms with organizational goals. Offer legal guidance to internal stakeholders on contract terms, obligations, and potential risks. Maintain organized records of all contract-related documentation and correspondence. Ensure all contracts are executed and stored in compliance with company policies. Other duties as assigned. Legal Advisor:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 4-6 years of experience in contract review and negotiation. Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software. Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills with a high attention to detail. This role routinely uses standard office equipment, including a laptop computer and cell phone. The employee is generally required to spend long periods of time sitting, typing, and working at a computer. May require the ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds and transport items. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
