This is a new, full time position. If you are the ideal candidate, you will have the following qualifications and/or experience: Facilitating commercial real estate transactions in the retail, hospitality, multi-family, and industrial sectors, including experience with real estate acquisitions and dispositions, real estate development and construction; Commercial real estate leasing experience representing landlords and tenants; Drafting and negotiating real estate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and development related documents such as construction documents, easement agreements and CC&Rs; Reviewing due diligence documentation related to real property, including title, survey, environmental, organizational/authority documentation, construction documents and service contracts; Excellent written and oral communication skills, superior analytical skills and the ability to manage client engagements; Outstanding interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, the ability to manage multiple files and prioritize accordingly and the desire to assume a high degree of responsibility; and Most of all, we are looking for a person who wants to learn this area of law and is willing to put in the hard work to become an exceptional commercial real estate attorney.
