Our esteemed law firmis seeking a talented, experienced, and dedicated AssociateAttorney specializing in First Party Property Insurance . This is aremote position, offering the flexibility to work from home whilealso providing opportunities for in-person collaboration and courtappearances. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years ofexperience in the legal industry, with a strong focus on litigationand 1st party property cases. This role requires a dynamicprofessional who is ready to handle a diverse caseload andcontribute to our team’s ongoing success.

Responsibilities:

Handlea wide variety of insurance cases, primarily first-party propertycases. Conduct legal research and analysis to prepare and draftlegal documents such as pleadings, briefs, motions, and discovery.

Represent clients in pre-trial proceedings, trials, arbitrations,mediations, and hearings. Develop and implement defense strategies,negotiate settlements, and make recommendations for caseresolution. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, legal codes,court procedures, precedents, and government regulations.

Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, judges, andteam members. Manage and prioritize multiple cases and assignmentsin a timely and efficient manner. Participate in businessdevelopment activities such as networking, client consultations,and seminars to expand client base and enhance firm reputation.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited lawschool. Current license to practice law in the state of WashingtonA minimum of 6 years of experience in litigation, with a focus onfirst-party property insurance claims. Proven track record ofsuccessfully representing clients in insurance cases. Exceptionallegal research, writing, and negotiation skills. Proficient inlegal research platforms and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability tomanage a high-volume caseload and work independently. Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills.
