Associate – Insurance ERISA Litigation Position Available In Cobb, Georgia

The Firm offers an opportunity for a litigation associate to support a dynamic insurance practice group with an emphasis on life, health and disability insurance as well as ERISA. The right candidate will have at least three to four years of hands-on litigation experience and will possess strong analytical and writing skills.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess 3+ years of experience in hands-on litigation in a law firm setting; Experience in life, health and disability insurance as well as ERISA is preferred; Working knowledge of state and federal court practice and procedures; Strong writing, communication and oral advocacy skills; deposition and courtroom experience a plus; Ability to manage multiple case projects and deadlines and to work independently; Strong academic credentials, superior research skills and excellent analytical skills; Judicial clerkship or externship a plus.
