We areseeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Attorney tojoin our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will beresponsible for providing expert legal advice, handling insurancedefense and insurance coverage matters, and managing civillitigation cases. The role offers an exciting opportunity to workin a fast-paced, challenging environment where you will be able toutilize your legal knowledge and skills to their fullest extent.

This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in thelegal field, with a focus on insurance defense and civillitigation.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert legal advice toclients on a wide range of legal matters. 2. Represent clients incourt or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defendclients or prosecute defendants in criminal or civil litigation. 3.Review and analyze insurance policies to provide advice oninsurance coverage matters. 4. Handle insurance defense cases,working diligently to protect the interests of our clients. 5.Prepare and draft legal documents, such as wills, deeds, patentapplications, mortgages, leases, and contracts. 6. Conduct researchand analysis of legal problems to interpret laws, rulings, andregulations for individuals and businesses. 7. Negotiatesettlements of civil disputes in the best interest of our clients.8. Supervise legal assistants and paralegals, providing guidanceand support as needed. 9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of currentlaws, regulations, and industry trends that may affect our clients.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited lawschool. 2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. 3. 3-4years plus of Insurance Defesne or Plaintiff side experience; MVA ,premises liability etc. 4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving,and decision-making skills. 5. Exceptional negotiation skills withthe ability to resolve complex legal issues. 6. Proficient in legalresearch and writing. 7. Strong interpersonal and communicationskills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legalconcepts to clients and colleagues. 8. High degree of professionalethics and integrity. 9. Demonstrated ability to manage multipletasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 10.Proficiency in legal software and technology. Interested in hearingmore?
