As we navigate various creditor-related bankruptcy matters and adversary proceedings, we need a dedicated legal professional with extensive experience in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcies, and a proven track record in contested matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company’s interests in creditor-related bankruptcy cases (Chapter 7, 11, 13).
- Handle adversary proceedings, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
- Draft and review legal documents such as claims, objections, and pleadings.
- Provide strategic counsel to protect the company’s financial interests.
Qualifications:
- Active license to practice law in the State of Georgia (Required).
- 5+ years of experience in bankruptcy law (creditors’ side preferred).
- Strong background in adversary proceedings and litigation.
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
