The position begins in-office and transitions to hybrid after an initial period so you must be commutable to downtown Atlanta, GA . This is a full-time, direct-hire role with a great opportunity for growth within the organization. Who We’re Looking For Are you a motivated litigator looking for hands-on experience, mentorship, and career growth? In this role, you’ll take an active lead in defending employers and insurers in general liability claims including product liability, construction accidents, transportation claims, premises liability, and personal/bodily injury liability. You’ll be handling a dynamic caseload with real responsibility for depositions, motion practice, discovery, and court appearances. You’ll get to collaborate with experienced trial attorneys who are committed to your growth.
