About This Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Bank Document Specialist to join our client’s Treasury team and support its Regional Cash Managers. This critical role involves managing complex banking operations, compliance requirements, and system administration across multiple banking platforms. You’ll be at the center of our banking operations, ensuring seamless account management and regulatory compliance.
What You Will Work On Banking Operations & Compliance:
Lead bank KYC (Know Your Customer) request processes by coordinating with tax, legal, and operations teams
Manage AML (Anti-Money Laundering) approvals for banking portal users in restricted countries
Handle bank signer validations and updates across all corporate accounts
Coordinate wet-ink signature collection for critical banking documents
System & Database Management:
Maintain comprehensive bank account signer database in Kyriba treasury management system
Manage user entitlements and access across multiple online banking platforms
Add, remove, and update banking portal users as business needs evolve
Audit & Documentation:
Respond to audit requests related to bank accounts with thorough documentation
Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate records for all banking relationships and authorized signers
What You Will Bring Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business discipline
Minimum 2 years of Treasury operations experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word) and Adobe
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Kyriba treasury management system
Knowledge of banking compliance and KYC/AML processes
Previous experience managing multiple banking relationships
Personal Attributes:
Positive attitude with high engagement levels
Strong desire to contribute to a high-performing team environment
Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion
What You Can Expect
Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite. Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
Pay Range:
$35-$45/hr DOE
