Probate experience is a strong plus. This is an outstanding opportunity for a litigation attorney who enjoys practicing at a high level and thrives in an environment where discretion, professionalism, and client service are critical. The billable hour requirement is a very reasonable 1,500 hours annually, and strong performers are eligible for significant bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all aspects of business litigation matters, including case evaluation, strategy development, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. Represent clients in court; in-courtroom experience is highly valued. Manage probate litigation and administration matters if applicable. Conduct legal research and draft complex legal documents. Maintain the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality when working with high-profile clients. Collaborate with firm leadership to deliver excellent results for sophisticated clientele. Meet a billable hour requirement of 1,500 hours per year. Opportunity for substantial bonus after the first 90 days based on performance and achieving goals.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in Georgia (required). Minimum 3-5 years of business litigation experience required. Probate experience is strongly preferred but not required. Demonstrated courtroom experience. Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills. Professional presence and ability to represent high-profile clients with discretion. Commitment to working in the office at the firm’s downtown Atlanta location. Self-motivated to achieve firm goals and performance targets.
