Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney Distinct Atlanta, GA 30308 • Hybrid work Associate Attorney – Complex Business & Commercial Litigation (Atlanta, GA) A leading AmLaw 100 law firm is seeking an experienced associate attorney to join its Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice in the Atlanta office. The successful candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, representing clients in a wide range of federal and state court matters. Areas of focus include financial fraud, securities litigation, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, partnership and shareholder disputes, loan disputes, construction litigation, and UCC litigation. Candidates should have demonstrated experience in: Drafting and arguing motions Taking and defending depositions Managing complex discovery Participating in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations Preparing cases for trial Georgia Bar admission is required.
