COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY
Atlanta Seeking a 2-4 years’experienced Associate Attorney and a 7 years’ Senior Attorney withexperience in Commercial Transactional Real Estate for a reputablelaw firm in Atlanta. The ideal candidate with strong experience inretail, leasing, property acquisition, entity formation anddevelopment. This role requires strong writing skills, attention todetail, and an entrepreneurial personality will thrive here forfuture career growth opportunities, in a team-oriented, collegialwork environment.
Responsibilities/Duties:
General corporatetransactional experience including due diligence, dispositions,contracts, financing Maintaining client relationships No minimumhourly requirement Join a team of skilled attorneys practicing insophisticated legal issues on complex litigation. Position is dailyin-office with flexibility. Starting base compensation DOE $120K-$150K (higher comp structure for more senior attorneys), bonusstructure, full suite benefits, 401K.
