Position Overview:

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Litigation Attorney to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for a passionate legal professional who is eager to handle complex medical malpractice cases while benefiting from thw firm’s commitment to mentorship, professional development, and maintaining a healthy work/life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of construction cases from inception to resolution.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Collaborate with clients, medical experts, and other professionals to build strong cases.
  • Represent clients in court, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys and legal staff.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar in Georgiia
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction litigation.
