This roleinvolves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate andbusiness contracts, advising clients on commercial real estateacquisitions and financing matters, and ensuring corporategovernance and compliance. The attorney will manage due diligenceprocesses, conduct legal research, and represent clients in realestate and corporate legal proceedings.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts and businessagreements Provide legal counsel on commercial real estatetransactions and corporate compliance Manage due diligenceprocesses and conduct legal research Represent clients in realestate and corporate legal matters Collaborate with clients andstakeholders to ensure smooth transaction execution
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Licensed topractice law in Georgia 1-2 years of experience in commercial realestate law, acquisitions, and financing Strong knowledge ofcorporate governance and regulatory compliance Skilled in legalresearch, due diligence, and client advisory Excellent written andverbal communication skills Ability to work on-site in the AtlantaMetropolitan Area Experience with international business law is aplus Interested in hearing more?
