Position Summary:
Clark Hill, a nationally recognized Am Law 200 firm, is seeking aMid-Level Corporate Attorney with 3 to 8 years of experience tojoin its Corporate Business Unit in a hybrid role based in theAtlanta office. The ideal candidate will support a broad range ofcorporate and transactional matters, including entity formation,M&A, private equity, venture capital, compliance, andcommercial contracts. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, motivatedattorney looking to take a lead role in client communication,negotiation, and execution of diverse business transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate: Entity formation and governance documents Operating agreements Merger & Acquisition agreements Private equity and venture capital financing documents Compliance documentation Complex commercial agreements Provide transactional counsel and support throughout deallifecycles. Collaborate with other Corporate attorneys in a dynamic andteam-oriented environment. Interact regularly with clients and opposing counsel innegotiations and strategy discussions.
Candidate Requirements:
3 to 8 years of experience practicing corporate law. Corporate defense experience with a reputable Am Law 100/200 orsimilar firm. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively anddeliver high-quality work. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with strongacademic credentials.
