We are seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney with a portable book of business to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a seasoned legal professional who excels in mergers & acquisitions, new business formation, business dissolution, contract drafting & review, and providing strategic business counsel. As a key legal advisor, you will work closely with clients, delivering practical solutions and guidance to support their business operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on mergers & acquisitions, business formation, and dissolution.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
• Provide strategic business advice to corporate clients.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to expand legal services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive business success.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school; active bar membership in Georgia.

• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
