Key Responsibilities:

Review and assess new case files to develop action plans and budgets Identify pleading requirements and coordinate with paralegals as necessary Draft discovery responses and manage document production Participate in depositions, hearings, and related litigation events, providing detailed reporting Negotiate settlements, secure necessary approvals, and prepare for trial when needed Maintain open communication with support staff to ensure timely and accurate case handling

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia 3-5 years of relevant litigation experience, with insurance defense preferred
