Plaintiff Personal Injury | Mass Tort | Medical Malpractice Sonja Cotton & Associates is actively recruiting a dynamic Plaintiff’s Litigation Attorney (defense experience welcome) to join a nationally recognized and fast-growing personal injury firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated litigator with 3-7 years of experience to work on high-profile, multi-district, and catastrophic injury cases alongside a team of respected trial lawyers.

Position Highlights:

• Handle complex civil and federal litigation involving mass torts, wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, and medical malpractice, etc.
• Participate in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and trial preparation .
• Argue motions, take and defend experts and lay witness depositions, and develop litigation strategy.
• Work closely with a collaborative team dedicated to securing justice for injured clients.

Preferred Background:

• 3+ years of plaintiff or defense litigation experience, ideally with exposure to mass tort, product liability, personal injury, or medical-malpractice cases.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• Prior experience with law review or judicial clerkship is a plus but not required.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia and in good standing.
