The plan has a $10 co-pay foroffice visits to a preferred provider. Specialist are at $30.00co-pay for in network . The deductible for the plan is $1,500/$3000per calendar year and annual out of pocket maximum of $1,500/$3,000in network. The firm also offers an Health Savings Accountinsurance plan through

ANGLE/CIGNA.

The plan also has aprescription card. Your prescription cost is $10 for generic and$30/$60 for non-generic. Most major pharmacies are in the plan. Thedental coverage is covered at $1,500 maximum for the year with a$50.00 deductible. The plan covers two cleaning a year at 100%coverage. Basic is covered at 80% and major is at 50%. Thiscoverage is through HUMANA. Dental insurance is $8.00 for singlecoverage and $15.00 for family coverage. The employee’s portion ofthe monthly health premium is $75.00 – pre-tax and is deductedbi-monthly. You are eligible for coverage one month after youremployment date at the beginning of a month. Dependent coverage isavailable and paid by the employee. The firm has a long-termdisability plan, which is with HUMANA. There is no cost to theemployee and you are eligible one month after your employment date.

Job Details We are seeking a defense litigation associate with 2-6years of experience to assist with complex cases. A successfulcandidate can expect significant responsibility in a wide range oflitigation matters including medical malpractice, employment,products liability, premise liability and construction defects.
