Responsibilities:
Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, child support, custody, contempt, and legitimation cases. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar and good standing. Prior experience in family law preferred but not required. Strong research, writing, and communication skills. Licensed to practice and in good standing with the state bar (Georgia Bar admission required). Bilingual (English-Spanish)
