Associate Attorney (Civil Litigation)
Location:
Atlanta, GA The firm is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of civil litigation experience. Primary Responsibilities:
Litigation & Legal Counsel:
Represent clients in residential and commercial landlord-tenant disputes.
Client Engagement:
Communicate directly with clients and represent the firm at industry events, always with a service-focused mindset.
Case Management:
Oversee legal matters from start to finish, including research, drafting, and courtroom representation.
Detail Orientation:
Manage a high volume of cases with accuracy and efficiency.
Collaboration:
Work effectively within a team and across departments.
Travel:
Willingness to travel within Georgia; reliable transportation is required.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in civil litigation. Licensed to practice law in Georgia. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
