Qualifications:
3+ years of litigation experience Proficiency in drafting and arguing motions
Exceptional skills with written and oral arguments Active membership with the GA state bar

Responsibilities:
Conduct depositions and attend court hearings Trial preparation and active participation in trials alongside senior attorneys
Attend mediations, active participation in negotiating settlements
Manage your own cases
