Litigation Defense Location:

Atlanta, GA The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in defending premises liability and products liability cases. Additional experience in automotive liability, property management, or commercial litigation is highly desirable. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Georgia state and federal courts. Admission to additional state bars is considered a plus. Key Skills and Abilities:

Active license to practice law in Georgia Proficient in handling multiple active litigation files Strong legal research and analytical capabilities Excellent written and oral communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to efficiently manage shifting priorities Familiarity with state and federal court procedures

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage a substantial litigation caseload under the supervision of a partner Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery Conduct legal research and prepare supporting memoranda Take and defend depositions, including those of experts Review case materials, draft evaluations, and prepare case updates for clients Represent clients at mediations and court proceedings The position is supported by experienced legal staff, advanced technology systems, and dedicated IT and marketing teams. Ongoing training and development resources are also provided.
