Description We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to handle complex litigation cases, draft substantive legal documents, and represent clients in court. The ideal candidate will have strong writing, research, and strategic thinking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage diverse litigation cases (commercial, civil, regulatory). + Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and briefs. + Represent clients in hearings, trials, and mediations. + Develop case strategies and advise clients accordingly. + Stay updated on legal developments and collaborate with the team.
Requirements Qualifications:
+ Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. + Active bar membership in Georgia. + Preferred 3+ years of litigation experience with a proven track record. + Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
