Responsibilities:

Litigate Disputes

• Defend business, and defamation claims in GA state/federal courts. Draft Strategic Filings
• Prepare motions and briefs, leveraging expertise in breach of contract. Conduct Discovery
• Lead depositions and e-discovery for $500K+ disputes, building case strategies. Negotiate Settlements
• Resolve 65% of cases via mediation, securing client-focused outcomes.
