Salary:

$100,000 – $170,000 per year A bit about us: We areseeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Attorney with astrong background in Insurance Defense to join our dynamic legalteam. This exciting opportunity involves representing insurancecompanies in defense of both bodily and personal injury claims. Ourideal candidate should possess an in-depth knowledge of insurancedefense law, products liability, and premises liability defense,and have a proven track record of successful defense litigation.

This is a unique role that requires a strategic thinker withexcellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage complexlegal issues. Why join us? 1. Representing insurance companies indefense of bodily and personal injury claims. 2. Providing expertlegal advice on insurance defense law, products liability, andpremises liability defense. 3. Conducting thorough and detailedinvestigations into insurance claims to determine the validity ofthe claim and the potential for defense. 4. Drafting, reviewing,and modifying legal documents related to insurance defense cases.5. Preparing and presenting defense cases in court. 6. Negotiatingsettlements on behalf of the insurance company in an effort toresolve the case as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.7. Keeping abreast of current legislation and legal developments inthe field of insurance defense law and adjusting strategiesaccordingly. 8. Collaborating with other members of the legal teamto develop and implement effective defense strategies. 9. Providingtraining and guidance to junior attorneys and legal staff. JobDetails Qualifications To be considered for this role, you willneed: 1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. 2.Current license to practice law in the state. 3. A minimum of 3years of experience in insurance defense law, with a particularfocus on products liability and premises liability defense. 4.Proven experience in representing insurance companies in defense ofbodily and personal injury claims. 5. Excellent negotiation skillsand the ability to resolve complex legal issues efficiently. 6.Strong research and report writing skills. 7. Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explaincomplex legal issues in an understandable manner. 8. A strategicthinker with a high level of attention to detail and the ability tomanage multiple cases simultaneously. 9. A commitment tomaintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
