Attorney/Lawyer Position Available In Fulton, Georgia

Description RObert Half is seeking an experienced personal injury attorney to support a boutique law firm in Decatur, Georgia. This opportunity would support cases from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a significant caseload of personal injury cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Draft and review litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop trial strategies and approaches.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case arguments and strategies.
• Prepare for and participate in jury trials, serving as 1st or 2nd chair as needed.
• Maintain clear and precise communication with clients regarding case progress.
• Work closely with paralegals and support staff to streamline case management.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations affecting personal injury litigation.
• Contribute to the firm’s growth by actively supporting expansion initiatives. Requirements
• Proven experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation.
• Strong skills in legal research and drafting litigation documents.
• Prior experience serving as 1st or 2nd chair in jury trials.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases efficiently and effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
• Knowledge of laws and procedures related to motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall cases, and medical malpractice.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal work.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia.
