Attorney/Lawyer Position Available In Fulton, Georgia

Description We are looking for an experienced Attorney to join a dynamic civil defense litigation firm in Atlanta, Georgia. This Contract-to-permanent position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-stakes cases involving Fortune 100 companies, leading insurance providers, and privately-held businesses. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in litigation and a passion for delivering exceptional legal services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of civil defense litigation, including drafting motions, pleadings, and legal correspondence.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and ensure accurate representation.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions for complex legal matters.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Analyze claims involving transportation accidents, product liability, and premises liability.
• Work closely with a team to defend claims against motor carriers, medical transportation companies, and other industry leaders.
• Develop effective litigation strategies for high-exposure cases.
• Maintain clear communication with clients to provide updates and manage expectations.
• Uphold the firm’s commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in every case. Requirements
• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Georgia.
• 2-6 years of litigation experience, ideally in insurance defense or transportation-related cases.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client and team interactions.
• Experience with claims involving transportation accidents, product liability, and premises liability is preferred.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
