Background Requirements
2-5 years of experience in private civil litigation defense practice
Practice areas of interest include personal injury defense, auto car accidents, slip and falls, general liability
Taking depos, handling hearings or arguments
Motions practice, dispositive motions
Experience in state, federal and appellate courts
Admitted in GA
