THE OPPORTUNITY
: We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of complex commercial litigation experience to join our Atlanta office.
THE DAY-TO-DAY
As an associate in the Litigation Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.
YOU HAVE
: Experience with business litigation, such as financial services, insurance, real estate, construction, manufacturing, retail, transportation, energy, and/or government contractors Meaningful litigation experience in the following areas: responding to and issuing discovery, drafting motions and supporting memoranda, eDiscovery, managing productions, and creating privilege logs Keen problem-solving and people skills Commitment to becoming a strong commercial litigator Excellent academic credentials (prefer law review and/or judicial clerkship) Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills. Georgia bar required or ability to waive-in is required
