Commercial Litigation Attorney Distinct Atlanta, GA 30303 • Hybrid work A reputable and growing law firm located in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its litigation practice. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced litigator to handle a broad range of complex commercial disputes in a supportive and team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of commercial litigation matters from case initiation through trial and appeal Represent clients in federal and state courts, arbitrations, and mediations Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery-related documents Conduct depositions, client interviews, and expert consultations Develop litigation strategies in collaboration with partners and clients Maintain excellent communication with clients and internal team members
Qualifications :
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active member in good standing with the Georgia State Bar 4+ years of commercial litigation experience preferred Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases and work independently Experience with contract disputes, business torts, and financial litigation is a plus
