Locations & Flexibility Offices in Century City, San Francisco, Sacramento, and Downtown LA Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office / 2 days remote While fully remote is not standard, flexibility increases once you’re staffed and in rhythm San Diego-based attorneys are welcome to apply if open to affiliation with an LA office Your Role Handle a wide range of employment litigation, including single-plaintiff matters, wage & hour, and class/collective actions Play a hands-on role in complex matters with the autonomy to grow Collaborate across offices and contribute to firm-wide initiatives, events, and programs Who You Are 4-7 years of experience in labor & employment litigation Skilled in managing wage-hour claims, discrimination/wrongful termination matters, and class actions Detail-oriented, independent, and driven to deliver excellent results Strong academic credentials-performance in legal research and writing courses highly valued Admitted in California , with local ties preferred Firm Culture Energetic, collaborative, and mentorship-focused environment Associates participate in cross-office socials (lunches, breakfasts, happy hours) Affinity groups and open-door leadership foster connection and growth Friendly competition encouraged-think walking challenges and firm events Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $305,000 – $360,000 (depending on experience) Billable hour requirement: 1,950 hours annually
