Key Responsibilities Manage family law cases from inception to resolution, including divorce, custody, child support, and related matters. Represent clients in mediations, hearings, depositions, and trials. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategies. Draft, review, and file legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail. Communicate legal concepts and case developments clearly and empathetically to clients. Collaborate with colleagues on complex legal issues and provide guidance as needed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation and manage billable hours effectively. Stay abreast of changes and developments in family law through ongoing legal research. Required Qualifications Active license to practice law in the State of Georgia. Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing family law. Demonstrated courtroom experience and litigation skills. Strong organizational, planning, and time management capabilities.
