Our client, a prominent AmLaw50 international firm known for its expertise in complex corporate finance matters, is seeking a highly qualified Finance Corporate Debt Associate Attorney to join their Corporate Debt team in Atlanta.
Candidate Profile:
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Active bar admission in Georgia.
1-2 years of substantive experience in secured transactions, representing both borrowers and lenders.
A demonstrated understanding of, or keen interest in, syndicated and acquisition financing transactions.
Proven experience in transaction closings and drafting relevant financing documents.
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in sophisticated corporate debt transactions, including secured lending and acquisition finance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to draft and review complex financial documents and agreements.
Provide counsel to borrowers and lenders on all phases of transaction structuring and closings.
Contribute to high-profile finance projects with national and international clients, ensuring compliance and optimizing transaction terms.
Develop client relationships and support business development efforts within the firm’s finance practice.
