QUIET TITLE ACTION
(CLAYTON, COUNTY, GEORGIA) Law Firm of J.S. Kim & Associates We are seeking a Georgia-licensed attorney to handle a quiet title action. We represent a lender who sold a loan to an investor bank. Hence, my client cannot be liable for this. The home is now in pre-foreclosure. The ideal candidate will be actively licensed and in good standing with the Georgia Bar with some litigation experience. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience. Please send resume to .
Qualifications :
Active Georgia Bar License in good standing (REQUIRED). Duties Draft and file responsive pleading to the complaint and/or any motions. Represent clients in litigation proceedings, including negotiations and court appearances. Maintain accurate records of all case-related activities and communications.
